  • Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or promotional events.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your delivery status.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

6. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local facility. Please follow the instructions provided to arrange a new delivery time.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
